Job description:
Specialist working in contractor service desk supporting IQ Navigator system, Super User of 3rd Party Contingency Workforce and best in class for contractor selection criteria underpinned with commercial data, analytics and benchmarks.

Will be mainly responsible for:
End to end contractor management supported by a global Contractor Service Desk and Improve commercial acumen through rate benchmark, channeling and step out escalation.
Leads a mini-team in charge of a Value Cluster or a key account (high value / high opportunity Shell business entity)
Drive consistency in selecting and managing contractors.
Single point of contact for all queries from business users.
Subject Matter Expert for Contract Labour and Consultancy processes and policies.
Identifies and executes VALUE opportunities in close cooperation with the Business
Manages long-term Business relationship / partnership ensuring top-notch customer service
Provides the Business with contingent workforce analytics on a regular basis
Leads at least one tangible CI initiative
Requirements:
Fluent English - C1 level
+3 years of professional experience in multinational company
Experience in a recruitment agency/ or in-house recruitment will be preferrable
Strong customer-service approach
Demonstrates a cross-breed skillset encompassing at least two of the following areas: HR, recruitment, purchasing, customer care, key account management, finance or accounting
Able to work with limited supervision displaying self-drive, âcan-doâ attitude and passion for success
âFormulate and execute sourcing strategy
Deliver excellence (customer service focus) and continuous improvement (ability to assess and diagnose problems and to propose solutions that are simple and effective)
Awareness of the market and contingent worker contracts and strategies
Awareness of ERP and RtP process
Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Well organized and able to manage competing priorities
