As a part of our Financial Shared Service team you will be responsible for processing and analysis of financial documents and reports in accordance with legal regulations and internal procedures.

• Verify and process purchase invoices with and without PO

• Cooperate with local business entities of Schneider Electric explaining differences and taking up corrective actions if necessary

• Provide data for reporting

• Provide data and analysis for internal and external audits

• Improve and standardize processes 

• Higher education – preferably in Accounting/Finance
• At least 1 year of experience in Accountancy (experience in Shared Service organization will be an asset)
• Good knowledge of German
• Good knowledge of English
• Good MS Excel knowledge
• Knowledge of SAP will be an asset
• Goal orientation and consistency of action
• Customer focus and team-working skills
