As an Operations Analyst, you’ll be acting in the capacity of a senior business analyst. Your knowledge of Custody operations will enable you to multi-task in a fast-paced environment driven to manage processes and/or perform tasks and responsibilities that relate to critical risk, analysis, and growth areas of Trade Management. To be successful, you’ll need to collaboration with team members located in Boston and Krakow.

Key responsibilities include:
- Assist with the management and oversight of market/industry changes from Network Global Updates and Sub-Custodian Newsflashes
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day processing of market updates from execution through to completion
- Reach out to sub-custodians to confirm if and how they will manage market or industry changes.If necessary, organize conference call to understand changes and impacts.
- Maintain and improve existing tracking spreadsheets
- Attend Pulse Check and Risk Forum meetings to discuss status of market updates and resource needs
- Act as central point of contact for TM resources and managers
- Produce and distribute comprehensive weekly summaries
- Assist with updating management reporting with key stats and commentary
- Participate in efforts to further define the product/discipline as well as standardize and document the process
- Provide time zone coverage as needed for large scale conversions
- Execute incoming, outgoing and internal client asset conversions
- Lead client product demos and training on BBH Web Technology products
- Assist with process and procedure documentation and review
- Attend on-boarding calls and assist with analysis, impact assessment, and implementation of new business/processes
- Work with team members to ensure continued alignment of Conversion processes to changing market standards
- Perform scorecard review and completion twice yearly
- Perform SLD reviews every other year
- Participate in Due Diligence visits (via video conference) with Network Management
- Manage and oversee the Issue Tracking Database
- Coordinate and lead monthly calls with TM groups and sub-custodians to discuss service levels, issues of concern, and process improvements
- Work with TM groups to ensure trade issues that prevent STP are being addressed in a timely and proper manner
- Assist with updating management reporting with key stats and commentary
- Participate in efforts to further define the product/discipline as well as standardize and document the process
- Under the direction of a manager, provide additional support and coverage based on evolving needs of the team
Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 Year Custody/Operations experience
- Excellent proven written and verbal communication skills
- An aptitude for thorough analytical and problem resolution
- Proven ability to provide feedback and guidance to internal clients as it relates to role
- Self-starter, proactive and objective oriented
- Ability to execute tasks with moderate direction, and plan time effectively to meet deadlines
- Ability to multitask and deal with competing priorities
- Ability to identify, analyze, resolve and when needed escalate a problem
- Knowledge of one or more product areas within the Firm
- Aligns and works towards all department Goals
