To enable our growth, we are creating a new IT hub in Gdansk, Poland. That is why we are looking for you to join about 40 other IT specialists, including SAP consultants, project managers, agile coaches and developers, to deliver great results within e.g. SAP, web and mobile.

As an Agile coach, you’ll be part of a high performing team working with agile transformation and related organizational change activities. Your main tasks are:

• Train staff in agile ways of working
• Coach scrum teams to make them perform better
• Drive improvement activities related to scale agile
• Being part of a team set out to make us deliver business transformation

Agile coach with passion and great communication skills

You are passionate about working agile and understands how to change people’s preferences, from traditional waterfall to agile. You have probably been working in a similar job for a while and thrives on the prospect of working with complex change.

• You have great knowledge about agile, preferably also Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• You have a relevant university degree, plus some years of experience
• You are familiar with transformation of people and teams
• If you have competence within design thinking and agile testing it’s a plus
