For our Client a company from manufacturing industry with its Business Centre based in the centre of Katowice we are currently looking for experienced auditors who are ready to take unique challenge and take the new created Compliance Lead position.

In this role you will be provided with rare opportunity to play an essential role aimed on ensuring local accounting compliance standards are filled. As Local Compliance Lead you will be directly connected with company business transformation initiative and outside specific responsibilities on Polish local compliance you will be tasked with leading the potential enlargement of scope to build up a further compliance HUB which will work with cooperation with other existing hubs.

Preferred Candidates should have prior relevant experience and very good English together with advanced communication skills. Experience in a shared service environment to deliver compliance based services to multiple locations and prior leadership (supervisory) experience would be considered as an advantage.
