Opis stanowiska:
  • manage O2C teams. Ensure quality and efficiency of work produced. Hold regular meetings, coach and mentor team, recognize key employees,
  • be a Subject Matter Expert for O2C related topics,
  • support migration of O2C processes from European countries to Krakow,
  • oversee escalated AR, cash applications, credit issues, dispute management and ensure timely resolution,
  • publish enterprise-wide cash application reports, unapplied forecasts and tracking report,
  • support as needed, customer negotiations in order to secure adequate guarantees for credit lines,
  • oversee region’s receivables collection activities, including unique collections plans, bankruptcy or special action notices and placement of accounts with collection agencies,
  • provide local Finance Directors/Controllers with bad debt reserve recommendations per corporate policy,
  • appropriately manage and escalate issues with service delivery,
  • perform regular performance evaluations of staff members,
  • identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the O2C function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine.  Form strong collaborative relationship with Global Process Owners,
  • ensure robust compliance environment with applicable policies, procedures and processes,
  • ensure fulfillment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level agreements (SLAs), continuously improving on performance benchmarks,
  • proactively monitor and operate a robust SOX and internal control environmen,
  • build strong relationship with key stakeholders.
Wymagania:
  • undergraduate degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration,
  • 4+ years of relevant experience,
  • diversified Industrial Products/Manufacturing industry experience preferred,
  • prior experience in managing the O2C function in a shared services environment,
  • strong written and oral communication skills,
  • proficiency in English, good French.
