Job description:

The job exists to perform the administrative support activities related to Data Privacy Support activities. The activities must take place inside strict timelines and must always meet the defined quality criteria. Late or inaccurate processing will result in external regulator fines for Shell. This role supports significant business impact.

Key responsibilities: 

 

  • Communicate & exchange information with internal stakeholders in a precise and concise manner consistent with the requirements of a Most Confidential service.
  • Collate the results of the systems & documents searches in the specified manner and retain evidence as required.
  • Analyse the results that you receive for possible errors or omissions. Follow-up on possible gaps in the searches quickly, clearly & efficiently.
  • Take responsibility for more complex queries which are either escalated or delegated to you.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert in the administration of Data Privacy  activities, liaising with a range of stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Contribute to and participate in specific projects (when required).
  • Lead by example with regards to the core values of Honesty & Integrity, Respect for People, the five Behavioural Imperatives and the Life Saving Rules.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Data Privacy area will be an asset
  • Demonstrated analytical capability
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Strong record of results delivery against stretched targets
  • University degree (Business Administration, Information Management and/or Legal Studies, or similar)
  • English min. C1
