Work location: Kraków

Job description:
Responsible for the analysis and reconciliation of various type of locations on a daily/weekly/monthly basis including error monitoring and correction of differences with partner statements.

  •  Operate assigned scope in the area of Cards Accounting with embedded controls/Blackline analysis and focal point roles
  •  Has very good knowledge of Billing process.
  • Give input to the issue resolution in the team; take over identified actions and different type of requests from stakeholders assigned by TM/Specialist
  • Proactively raise issues to Specialist/TM to be discussed with Process Experts and GRA to drive operational excellence and effective Control Framework
  • Use VMs to raise concerns and issues, provide supporting documentation/information to Specialist/TM/ STM and different stakeholders
  • Provide information and explain all the concerns on the process/Control Framework to internal and external auditors
  • Able to identify and contribute to process improvements and simplification

 

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of GSAP accounting system
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
  • Fast and accurate data input skills, analytical skills & attention to details
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or its equivalent
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Billing, Reconciliation, Financial Analysis and Accounts Receivable
  • Basic knowledge in Process Controls & Compliance or similar field
  • Exposure and knowledge on usage of ERP - GSAP/SAP preferred
  • Strong command in the English, both oral and written
  • Highly organized - committed in meeting deadlines
  • Confident in dealing with counterparts, business partners, stakeholders
  • With clear demonstration of teamwork, flexibility, change adaptability, initiative, analytical thinking, and problem solving capacity
  • Attention to details
  • Very good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while keeping other team members informed as appropriate
  • Ability to collaborate closely across teams/processes
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with various stakeholders within global environment
  • Independency in finding solutions, taking pro-active approach towards problems and accountability for delivering assigned activities
  • Ability to manage multi-task and meet multiple deadlines
