In regard of continuous growth of our Shared Service Centre in Gdańsk we are currently looking for students or graduates of IT, econometrics, management or similar area.

To be successful in our company you have to speak English fluently and have an interest in IT and Technology in general, Basic knowledge around software development, quality assurance and possible tried Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, Trello, VSTS is a major plus. We are looking for ambitious people who want to challenge themselves with the unique opportunity of working in fast-paced environment with international agile teams.

Area of responsibility

• Improvement tasks for both own team and agile methodologies for Arla IT
• Aiming at high performance for specific teams
• Close cooperation with Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, Test Managers and other team members
• Working with Quality Assurance (Test, Test Automation etc.)
• Helping teams and Release Trains working smarter with Agile Methodologies
• Helping to set up Agile training courses and possibly conducting
• Assist in different Agile initiatives such as Agile Testing, Coaching, UX and more
• Helping writing documentation
