Automation and Improvement Team (A&I) in SDC Katowice was established in December 2017. The main idea behind is to involve highly skilled, creative and open minded employees into process reengineering and automation. Our main task is to analyze existing processes, redefine them and support the implementation of suggested changes.

IFS Improvement Leader

We are looking for an innovative trendsetter who has a vision of process improvement and reengineering. Open minded and enthusiastic team player eager to drive change in  Internal Firm Services (IFS). 

Expectations: 

• Experience in process reengineering, automation (RPA),
• Experience in BPO / SSC environment, 
• Good understanding of Human Capital and Payroll processes,
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (with main focus on Excel), 
• Very good communication and presentation skills, 
• Fluent English, 
• German as an advantage. 

Job description:

•  Analysis and reengineering of existing processes,
• Driving and monitoring progress of change implementation,  
• Monitoring benefits of implemented solutions,
• Support to Implementation Manager and Project Managers, 
• Employe Suggestion Portal Maintenance and ideas Handling Support, 
• Reports of implementation / project status.
