Job description:

This is a Logistics role that operates on the interfaces of Lubes Supply Chain with Finance, Contracting and Procurement and 3rd party Logistics Providers,
 
The role works towards providing: 

  • Cost transparency 
  • Value extraction from logistics contracts, 
  • Fact based decision making for the future set up of Logistics, with the ultimate target to increase the cost competitiveness of Logistics operations while at the same time ensuring consistent delivery of high service level to our customers. 

Accountabilities:

  • Owning and running key business reports and KPIs
  • Supporting operational improvements identified through Route Cause Analysis
  • Providing in depth and ad hoc analysis and insights regarding trends and underlying performance on costs and all other aspects of Logistics (ie service levels)  
  • Supporting the program-management of cost savings initiatives across ERA
  • Actively contributes to projects aiming to the enhancement of the regional logistics set up and network/assets infrastructure by providing in depth analysis.  
  • Custodian of distribution benchmarking activities and the all relevant databases of Logistics KPIs to enhance accuracy and report development

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel 
  • Experience in running improvment projects 
  • Knowledge of CI methodologies (LEAN/six sigma)
  • University degree 
  • Time Management Abilities
  • Communication skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP required
  • Previous Logistics experience
  • Strong Analytical, Problem Solving & Decision-Making skills
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation skills.
  • English C1
  • Willingness to learn
