The EMEA IT CAO Office is responsible for the efficiency of the EMEA Technology Operation. The Administration CoE will provide business administration services to the EMEA IT organisation. The CoE Lead requires excellent people skills, business acumen, exemplary work ethics, data analysis skills, PowerPoint management reporting experience, business administration and financial  analysis .This lead role has functional responsibilities as well as managerial therefore leader should possess relevant skills to deliver CoE service to EMEA IT Management.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop communications for senior-level recipients inside and outside the organization such as consultants, vendors and clients
  • Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information that pertains to client issues, division and corporate operations in addition to short/long-term strategies
  • Contribute to special projects as requested
  • Develop and implement process efficiencies
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills; often drafting documents of confidential material for senior executives
  • Creation and Maintenance of  GTS Starters/Leavers reporting
  • Creation and Maintenance GTS Location demographic report
  • Creation of IT Operational Level KPis monthly
  • Creation of procedure documentation
  • Maintenance and Data Management  of CAO SharePoint Site
  • Demand Management of Cross Functional Services Workload
  • Monitoring Team Mailbox
  • Work collaboratively with others across multiple business lines and geographies
  • Ability to act with diplomacy and discretion, work well under pressure always maintaining professionalism
  • Respond to and screen telephone calls to determine proper resolution or routing
  • Review and disseminate incoming documents and communications
  • Prepare a variety of reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and may present data to management
  • Coordinate meeting agenda and may attend meetings to record notes and action items
  • Prepare presentation materials, related handouts and meeting logistics
  • Plan events, catering and reserve internal or external venues as needed
  • Cultivate and grow internal and external networks
  • Identify and report all risk and compliance issues, breaches and suspicious activities
  • Act in accordance with Risk Excellence as part of our Way Ahead foundation
  • Perform other duties as needed
  • Management of CoE Team

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Business Administration role providing office management skills to corporate business function.
  • Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing and business administration etc.
  • Demonstrable competency in Business Administration
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
  • Outstanding organizational abilities
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel Skills
  • Tableau experience desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
  • People Management Experience
