Job Description
- Responsible for level 1 support of the entire Application Portfolio
- Prepares supporting documentation and application user guides where applicable
- Assist in resolving incidents, questions & requests communicated either over the telephone, e-mail
- Participate in a project team (that may consist of business users, consultants and other development staff) in performing the analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, support, documentation and all other phases of systems development and maintenance
- Provide timely status on all activities for team, including clear identification of all risk and issues affecting scope of work
The Successful Applicant
- Excellent communication skills; fluency of English language (written and spoken)
- Experience in applications troubleshooting
- Excellent client/user interaction skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Open to Work shifts in 24/7 roster
