Job description:

  • Cash Management Senior Analyst represent and support the global CM team in the delivery of the Treasury global strategic agenda and in a wide range of ways of working project activity, in close collaboration with Global Treasury.
  • Assist Cash Management Team Manager & other Process Experts in identifying and prioritizing process enhancements and continuous improvement opportunities, including identification of key initiatives for the following year’s strategy
  • The purpose of the role is to be proactive in building relationships with Global Cash Management and across business areas to obtain operational excellence, taking responsibility for complex issues and timely resolution of any operational matters for Front Office and Back Office processes as per Control Operating procedure.
  • Participate in global CM expert networks to share experience and best practices, using collaterally the knowledge about processes in different ERPs (GSAP, SAP, SERP, SUN)

 


Principal Accountabilities:
  1. Independency in finding solutions, taking pro-active approach towards problems and accountability for delivering assigned activities
  2. Manage multi-task and meet multiple deadlines
  3. Demonstrate support in Change Management process
  4. Build own development plan and proactively engage in initiatives supporting personal growth
  5. Support to operate all SOX and internal controls in line with Work Instructions and the Group controls framework
  6. Participate in additional projects & timely and effective response to special data/project requests.
  7. Prepare detailed analysis of cash flows within entity, combining information from several different data sources (both external and internal) and used historical trends
  8. Provide variance analysis with deep understanding of the reasons and draw conclusions for the future; cooperate closely with Treasury Analytics and Settlements Team in London
  9. Take care about liquidity management for entities without pooling agreement and make financial decisions (e.g. deposit, FX deals, swap, loan etc.)
  10. Participate in cyclical calls with Businesses, provide suggestions and solutions for open cases within the process,
  11. Ensuring sustainability of the process improvement or change post-implementation
  12. Performing relevant follow ups for reconciliation process ensuring all control requirements ae met on a timely basis.
  13. Perform accounting activities accurately in line with timetable

 

Requirements:

  1.  Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance.
  2. Knowledge of the Cash Management/Treasury process and associated risks and controls would be an asset
  3. Knowledge of ERP systems (GSAP, SAP, SAP4HANA, etc)
  4. Experience in leading/supporting change management projects (migrations/divestments)
  5. Very strong team player, with effective communication, organization and stakeholder management skills. Confident to speak up in large project environment, experienced in work in a global, virtual environment
  6. Ability to organize and finalize different analytical tasks independently, with strong data accuracy and high quality as requested by CM Team Manager.
  7. Ability to manage multi-task and meet multiple deadlines
  8. Strong accountancy knowledge, analytical skills and attention to detail.
  9. Flexible and co-operative approach
  10. Languages: Russian (fluent), English (very good)
