Enterprise Data Management organization is looking for a highly qualified Senior Tech Lead to deliver high quality design solutions.
As a Senior Tech Lead you will be responsible for proactively preventing technical problems on production environment by ensuring all technical solutions and development projects meet high quality standards and best practices.

- Managing a global team of engineers

- Designing systems integration
- Researching and identifying technical gaps in existing applications
- Proactively preventing technical problems by ensuring all technical solutions and development projects meet high quality standards and best practices
- Developing and maintaining high level architecture specifications
- Cooperating with project managers and estimating complexity of solutions
Requirements:
- 7+ years of related work experience
- Demonstrates hands-on experience with delivering solutions design and implementation in enterprise environment
- Very good understanding of Data Warehouse and Big Data concepts
- Very good knowledge of Relational Databases and NonSQL Databases
- Experience with Big Data solutions (Hadoop, Spark, and other)
- Expert level knowledge of commonly used architectural frameworks and design patterns with demonstrated technical leadership in building scalable, high performance enterprise solutions
- Thorough understanding of agile software development methodology and industry best practices
- Desire to constantly learn and develop technical breadth across multiple technical domains
- Excellent communication skills
