Job Description
- Function as business partner to VP EMEA and develop and implement robust HR strategies that support the successful achievement of business objectives;
- Translate company strategies and goals into practical and actionable HR programs that will accelerate achievement of business objectives;
- Develop and implement solutions to organizational challenges by leading and coaching others through change. Foster a culture of empowerment and accountability. Helps define and set cultural expectations by championing enterprise wide change initiatives;
- Partner with VP EMEA in the assessment and selection of key leadership talent; Engage with Talent Acquisition organization to facilitate selection, hiring and on-boarding of talent;
- Develop employee relations and social relations strategies necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of morale, engagement and an intentional culture;
- Champion diversity and inclusion programs. Recommend initiatives, offer solutions, and foster dialogue and interaction that will advance the company's diversity goals;
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field required; Master's degree preferred;
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience;
- Strong human resources foundation including talent management, leadership development, organizational transformation and social relations;
- Exceptional leadership skills and capability to build consensus and execute common goals in a global and highly matrixed environment;
- Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to lead effectively across functions and geographies;
- Excellent enterprise networking and communication skills;
- Multiple European languages is a plus, English is a must;
