Our client, a rapidly growing company in the telecoms wholesale market, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager.

- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of company clients to convince them to use company infrastructure and services; - Become a driving force to deliver strong penetration rates in areas of the Company roll-out, in line with Management Board's Business Plan; - Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and turn that into proposals for company portfolio expansions; - Manage and expand the relationships with existing customers; - Serve as the link of communication between assigned customers and the company; - Resolve issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust; - Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships; - Develop proposals to increase commercialisation revenue through new products, clients or services; - Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using account metrics.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven minimum 3 years of experience as Sales (Account) Manager, preferably in a Wholesale function; - Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs; - Strong sales, communication and interpersonal skills; - Ability in problem-solving and negotiation; - Willingness to work in a dynamic but fast-growing start-up and contribute to proof of concept of a new business model; - Experience in telecoms sector or related industry (e.g. utilities); - Understanding of SME's market in telcom industry; - Knowledge of FTTH GPON technology and services; - Strong working English.
