Analyst - Cash Management

Job description:

Cash Management (CM) team members support the global CM team in the delivery of the Treasury global strategic agenda and in a wide range of Ways of Working (WoW) project activity. Analyst Cash Management will focus on operational excellence in the delivery of their process responsibilities. 
Assist CM Team Manager & other Process Experts in identifying and prioritizing process enhancements and continuous improvement opportunities, including identification of key initiatives for the following year’s strategy. 

Dimensions:

 

  1. Dimension of the job is caused by:
    - size and materiality of the entity
    - variety of non-standard transactions or/ and activities

  2. Operations - Operational duties are to be performed required to ensure all deadlines are met.  Assisting in process review and improvement in particular where changes impact the team’s WoW.

  3. Controls Apply end to end process knowledge and experience to contribute to discussions on risk-assessment and mitigation.

  4. Problem solving As and when issues occur in the team that require time and in-depth process understanding, though to be highlighted to the manager, the role holder will be expected to support issue resolution.

  5. Projects supporting projects and project initiatives.

 

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year of experiences in Finance area.

  2. Flexible and co-operative approach.

  3. Ability to work independently while keeping other team members informed as appropriate.

  4. Ability to manage multi-task and meet multiple deadlines.

  5. Analytical skills.

  6. communication skills both verbal and written.

  7. Knowledge of banking processes.

  8. Strong team player, with effective communication, organization and stakeholder management skills.
