Job Description
- Responsibility of the recruiting project cycle from approaching the right candidates to ensuring that the assignment is completed on schedule
- Responsibility and support of the recruiting process in the different phases through active research in the most diverse media
- Viewing and selecting applications
- Fee negotiations with freelance candidates
- Direct approach / active sourcing of candidates in social media
- Performing telephone interviews
- Close coordination with the sales department
- Maintenance of applicant data in the internal CMS
- Together with the team you build a sustainable candidate network
- Actively presenting freelance profiles
- Managing the process through the interview to offer stage
- Offering CV, interview and general career advice
The Successful Applicant
- Very good written and spoken German
- At least good written and spoken English
- A university Degree (preferably in human resource, psychology)
- Experience in recruitment/customer service/sales is an asset
- Outstanding interpersonal/communication skills - verbal and written
- Enthusiastic, driven and persuasive
- Comfortable building close relationships over the phone
- Able to multitask and deliver to tight deadlines
- The ability to overcome objection and be persistent
- A winner's mentality
- A team work attitude
