Job description:

• Create and optimize an accurate, cost effective and timely delivery plan, ensure that the right product and volume is delivered from the right source to the right destination at the right time by the right truck

• Ensure scheduled deliveries are in line with HSSE and operational procedures 

• Ensure the truck diary is correctly set up in the system and allocate orders to trucks 

• Liaise with other teams that contribute to the Order to Delivery process, including credit checking staff, customer operations and scheduling support teams

• Contribute to the minimisation of stock-outs, Left on Boards and excessive multi-dropping.

• Primary contact point for the hauliers to advise truck drivers of necessary amendments to plan

• Manage deviation from plan,

• Handle customer enquiries to change/amend orders, evaluate the real need and feasibility for scheduling changes, and liaise with scheduling team where appropriate

• Receive urgent order requests and create urgent orders within framework of delivery promise

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints

• Ensure documentation and filing is accurate, up to date and accessible

Team of 8 typically covering 7 days per week road transport bulk fuel deliveries in Russia

Requirements:

• Russian min. C1

• English min. B2

• University degree

• IT affinity

• Priority setting in a hectic operational environment

• Ability to handle unplanned issues arising from delivery/system constraints

• Stress resistant, ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines

• Continuously improvement mindset

• Logistic/distribution experience/background would be an advatage 

​Schedulers are shift workers continuously rotating to provide weekend support (Monday -Sunday working across an early or late shift)
