Job Description
- Tracking and coordination efficiency of projects, ensuring that high quality deliverables are on time
- Planning, mobilize and direct projects of high, medium and low complexity and scale
- Delivery of assigned projects and programs, proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes and benefits
- Maintenance of project and program plans, schedules as well as issue and action logs and other required project and program documentation
- Deliver project and program status reporting on regular or ad hoc basis
- Development and maintenance of relationships across internal teams
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of the professional experience in working with international Finance/IT/HR projects
- Master/Bachelor degree (Project Management/Business Administration preferable)
- Project management qualifications
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in MS Office and Project Management tools
- Very good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Having a team player spirit
- Ability to resolve conflicts
