Job Description
- End-to-end user interface design for various enterprise and consumer projects including desktop web, mobile web & mobile applications
- Create personas, analytics, process flows to heighten the understanding of users and their interaction styles
- Create meaningful UX deliverables such as storyboards, sitemaps, wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes and presentations
- Revise and improve designs based on user feedback, research, tech constraints, and business decisions
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to validate designs
- Maintain the definition of interface standards and guidelines for best practice for reference by other designers
- Work closely with stakeholders, product & project managers, developers, and other designers to guide UX design
The Successful Applicant
You will have at least 4 years of relevant industry experience working as a UX designer, visual designer, interaction designer, user interface designer, or similar role delivering excellent designs for application interfaces. You will have experience in the following areas:
- Proven ability to design excellent user interfaces for consumer, business-to-business and enterprise (CRM, ERP etc) applications across a broad range of users using differing access platforms
- Knowledge of current desktop, mobile web & mobile app design trends including patterns, usability, and best practices
- Highly experienced in creating wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using standard tools of the design trade (ex: Visio, Axure, Balsamiq, Photoshop etc)
- Proven capability to work on multidisciplinary project teams
- Understanding of common software project management practices (Waterfall, Agile)
- Working knowledge of common interface languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery, C#, ObjectiveC (iOS), C++ (Android) etc would be beneficial
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365 platform is preferred
- High level of English
