Job Description
- Processing of customer orders with a high level of accuracy ensuring product availability and managing order transportation.
- Seeking to review and implement continuous improvement to day to day role ensuring best practice always maintained.
- Work collaboratively with Supply and Demand Planning teams to manage product availability issues
- Respond to all customer queries and complaints within agreed response times.
- Management of any customer returns.
- Maintain accurate and organized customer files
- Working with Accounts Receivable team to deal with queries effectively.
The Successful Applicant
- Fluency in English and German
- Order management experience and client interaction experience
- Multitasking ability with great detail orientation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills - Teamwork and Flexibility
- Ability to generate appropriate and robust business relationships with customers
- Ability to work within a dynamic team environment
- Openness and teamwork spirit
