Key responsibilities include:  

• Understanding of AML KYC in a Transfer Agency environment and the ability to discuss this topic in detail with the Stakeholders
• Deliver independent and effective QA reviews of tested line of business
• Promote adherence to operational policies and procedures by the business
• Provide support to the business by promoting consistency of the approach to the policies and procedures
• Actively participate in delivering consistent QA reviews and in enhancement of QA Program
• Quality control and checks on the assessed files
• Ensure tracking of progress and evidencing the review
• Possess an in-depth understanding of AML/KYC due diligence requirements on a range of institutional clients’ types with different legal structures, in all jurisdictions, to support businesses across various product groups including Alternative Funds and Equities
• Develop and maintain a strong relationship with Transfer Agency Investor On-Boarding, PMO and Shareholder Services

Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in AML/KYC area
• Highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, capable of monitoring and completing multiple projects and tasks
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a potentially high pressure, client-driven environment
• CAMS certification recommended
