  • Apply rigorous logic and data analysis to ensure all deliverables are of a high quality.
     

Your qualifications: 

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent;
  • 3 ‑ 6 years practice experience in the areas of: 
    • Organizational change management,
    • Technology adoption
    • Digital transformation
    • Communications planning and development, 
    • Traininig strategy, planning and delivery
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel at a minimum);
  • You are fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken);
  • You enjoy working as part of a team;
  • Consulting experience and/or experience in multinational Human Capital projects.
