• 3+ years experience in managing software projects (Practical experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban is a plus)
• Proven history of successful Customer communication
• Good understanding of business requirements
• Problem solving & negotiating skills
• Successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent education
• Good (B2) German and very good English skills
• Willingness to travel 

• Manage software projects within an international and distributed environment and ensures the completion of the project in accordance with the agreement
• Direct customer contact to identify and clarify business needs
• Assistance in the acquisition of new contracts (tender management)
• Active support in knowledge transfer of best practices
