Job Description
- Be responsible for assigned category - marketing; this includes both more strategic actions such as tenders, benchmarking, optimization, and managing ad-hoc projects
- Take on responsibility for other indirect categories (general services, IT, HR-related) - approx. 10-20% of workload
- Work closely with demanding stakeholder on high complexity projects e.g. within ATL or digital categories; continuously and proactively search for opportunities for improvement
- Initiate, plan and execute optimization projects that would result in cost improvement, better communication, stakeholder engagement and satisfaction etc.
- Assure that all processes and activities are in compliance with internal procedures, working closely with finance functions locally and in SSC abroad
The Successful Applicant
- Higher education, preferably economics, logistics or related
- Minimum 5 years at independent function in procurement or sourcing
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience with marketing categories (ATL, BTL, media, digital, print, events)
- Proven track of experience in both cost-reduction and stakeholder satisfaction, category management approach
- Pro-active, business acumen, able to work within dynamic and variable environment
- Analytic approach, excellent communication skills
- Fluent English
