Senior Transaction Processing Representative
Senior Transaction Processing Representative
Location: Kraków, małopolskie

Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting Senior Transaction Processing Representative to join our Transfer Agency Dealing team.  If you are looking to push your career to the next level, introduce yourself by submitting your resume.

 

Key responsibilities include:  

  • Process all trades on relevant dealing day
  • Process dividends as declared by the funds and update Fund Accountant on trading activity
  • Validate and approve Transfer Agency transactions
  • Issue shareholder correspondence, including statements at month end and as requested by shareholder
  • Establish contacts with all areas and all levels at inter departmental
  • Update Fund Accounting and client on trading activity in line with procedures or Service Level Agreements
  • Work closely with Supervisors on audit and other requirements
  • Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to on a daily basis and have this evidenced

 

Qualifications:

  • BA/MS degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance; experience in Fund Accounting or Transfer Agency nice to have
  • Attention to detail and proven ability to handle complexity
  • Ability to multitask and to manage competing priorities given broad portfolio of clients
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate initiative
  • Good knowledge of standard Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge or prior experience of Multifonds is an advantage
  • Proven ability to adapt to change and problem solving
