Pensions Payroll Analyst

Work location: Kraków

Job description:

·       Perform administration for all routine payroll activities and events for the SCPF (including

 

Absorbed funds), SOCPF, SIPF and SSPP payrolls

·       Ensure all individual payments are processed by the agreed deadlines for the weekly

supplementary/lump sum payrolls, or monthly payroll cycles

·       Deal with complex payroll related member queries

·       Provide support to the Pension Administration Manager on regular payroll reporting to the Finance Team and external parties i.e. HMRC

·       Provide support to the Pension Administration Manager on all payroll activities and events

·       Act as a focal point for payroll related queries

·       Authorise all routine individual payroll cases

·       Work with the team in London to ensure a smooth service from the TSU to all key stakeholders

 

Requirements:

·       Educated to Degree Level or equivalent experience

 

·       Technical knowledge of defined benefit pension schemes and UK pensions legislation

·       Experience of processing and authorisation of payroll processes

·       Experience of pensions administration systems, preferably Compendia

·       High level of accuracy to achieve Right First Time

·       Ability to be pro-active and demonstrate initiative

·       Analyses & Solves Problems
