As a Product & Risk Disclosure Analyst, you will have the following responsibilities:

* You will have responsibilities relating to the implementation, annual updating, and governance of Strategy Disclosure Documents (“SDDs”) for North American commingled products

* You will have responsibilities relating to SEC (including annual update of registration statements on Form N-1A and supplements) for Proprietary and Sub-advised accounts for ETFs and Mutual Funds

* Metrics reporting for Product & Risk Disclosure Management team

* Be resourceful and able to navigate the organization to resolve issues/seek information

* Must be proficient in Excel and MS Office products

* Track record of successful prioritization, time management, and organization

* Adaptable to a fast-paced, constantly changing deadline driven environment

* Intuitive, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively

communicate at all levels of the business

* Knowledge/understanding of SSGA product set and structure a plus
