In the role of Brand Coordinator you will:

  • Provide administration support to the Global Brand and Sourcing Functional lead
  • Coordinate internal events supporting the promotion of careers at State Street and the employee referral programme
  • Creation of content for press release reviews, events collateral and the careers site
  • Support the reputation management process by proactively managing reviews through Glassdoor and other channels
  • Update and maintain the content within our job board company profiles pages in all regions
  • Maintaining the tracker of vendor information, highlighting quarterly where contracts are due to expire
  • Support the creation and distribution of brand reporting requirements
  • Manage the license distribution process for Linked in and Indeed

 

To be successful in this role, your profile should include:

  • Experience in content writing and collaterol production
  • Previous experience in a Recruitment Marketing, Marketing or Brand department
  • Excellent eye for FLOD regulatory and compliance controls
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build and manage relationships, and drive timely outcomes
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple activities and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Proven ability to master complete understanding of processes both internal and external to the department
  • Proficiency with MS Office Applications
  • Experience with  intranet based Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS systems as an additional asset
