Job Description
- Develop an HR strategy within the organization working in a close cooperation with the Regional VP HR and the HR departments of the other locations
- Review all the current processes and policies to identify and recommend appropriate solutions
- Develop and implement of HR projects
- Ensure that managers and staff are fully aware of HR policies
- Act as the externally facing representative for HR for the organization
- Advise to all employees and managers in all labour law or personnel matters
- Introduce and drive change management initiatives
- Overall responsibility of the recruitment, employer branding, talent evaluation, succession planning process
- Control and further development of all recruitment activities
- Evaluate and make recommendations on training and development programs
- Lead and develop an HR teams
The Successful Applicant
- Master's Degree in HR, Business or Management
- Experience operating as a HR Manager with proven track record in meeting high standards in demanding, international environment
- Success track record in development of HR culture
- Very good understanding of polish labour law & the market
- Solid understanding of HR fundamentals - recruitment, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee and industrial relations
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish immediately the necessary credibility through all the levels of the organisation to influence and coach other managers
- Strong abilities to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders'stakeholders' interests
- Excellent organizationalorganizational skills, with ability to set priorities
- Great coaching and facilitation skills
- Open and cross-culturally minded
- Fluency in Polish and very good command of English is a must
