Senior Accountant
Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:
- supporting the implementation of the new ERP system Microsoft AX as Finance superuser,
- supporting monthly financial statements and year-end closing in accordance with IFRS and HGB (local GAAP),
- being a contact for external or internal auditors,
- supporting forecast and budget process,
- accounting of sales and purchase ledger,
- accounting of general ledger including provisions and accruals,
- continuous improvement of processes and standards in accounting,
- contact person for tax-related topics,
- following internal controls.
Requirements:
- successfully completed education with a focus on accounting, preferably as a certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter),
- 2 – 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in an international production environment,
- in-depth knowledge of German (HGB) and international accounting standards (IFRS),
- good knowledge of tax law,
- very good computer skills, above all Excel,
- very good German and English skills,
- ideally, experience in various ERP systems such as Microsoft AX,
- engaged person, looking for solutions “outside the box”, good team player.
