What will you do?

In our team, you will manage AP Team & oversee daily operations.

• Coordinate work of Accounts Payable Team & making sure that daily operations are productive & within required deadlines.
•  Acting as a main point of contact internally and for our Client.
• Provide Weekly and monthly reporting to the Client.
• Making sure that internal (other teams, supervisor) and external (suppliers, client) queries related to Accounts Payable are resolved in a timely and accurate manner
• Identify AP process gaps, provide recommendations & work on process improvements.
• Responsible for Team Member’s professional development - making sure that team remains satisfied and engaged.

Qualifications

What we expect form you: 

• Min. 1 year of professional experience in people management
• Min. 2 years of Experience in Accounts Payable field or with other financial processes
• Very good English
• Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Pro-active business approach aimed to resolve business/people issues
