Job description:

Would you like to provide assistance to the candidate and their line manager in the pre-employment journey to ensure a positive hiring experience?

If you are already experienced in Human Resources or Business Administration with strong interpersonal and communication skills, you should consider to join our HR team as Single Focal Point!

On that role You will be responsible for liaising with all supporting teams to ensure the timely onboarding of new joiners. Single Focal Point is person who will take care of employment documentation for new hires and assure high-quality data management.

 


More specifically, your role will include:
  • Execution of relevant HR procedures (providing employment documentation, employment checks, guidance to the candidate, liaising with relevant in- and external stakeholders).
  • Provide clear advice and guidance on local policy, pensions, and benefits.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders (Recruitment, HR Business Partners, HR in the Country, Hiring Managers, IT and third-party providers).
  • Proactively monitor and efficiently follow up on outstanding actions overseeing the whole E2E process.
  • Prioritize and meet deadlines across a varied and dynamic workload with multiple candidates.

 

Requirements:

  • Prior knowledge and experience in Human Resources or Service environment required.
  • Tertiary qualification – preferably in HR or  Business Administration.
  • Experience with local policy/processes,  pensions, benefits and immigration/relocation.
  • Experience in working with confidential and sensitive information 
  • Own an excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • English language skills min. C1
