HR Team Leader / Manager - SSC - centrum


Our Client established its HR Shared Service Operations for CEE / EMEA countries in Warsaw aimed to provide top class quality services within HR Administration, Payroll, Benefits, HR Information and Reporting, Employee Advise. The overall team reaches currently 32 FTE grouped into regional countries teams (GSA, Benelux, France, Ireland, and Poland).

Job Description
  • Team management: 6 direct FTEs (team total: 32 FTEs)
  • Ensuring that Warsaw HR SSC team delivers high quality output and enhances client experience
  • Monitoring workloads and service levels against forecast, staffing schedules and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reacting to changes in business
  • Partnering with HR SSC Service Delivery Managers (based in CEE/ EMEA countries) on the spread of high quality service and improve culture across CE countries
  • Identifying key delivery areas and developing client metrics and scorecard for operational excellence
  • Connecting and making partnerships across Operating Companies stakeholders, HR SSC, HR COE's for creating an effective function
  • Working closely with multiple stakeholders in driving an optimal resource management strategy to retain knowledge and effective use of Human Resources
  • Participating in global and regional HR projects as well as implementing new HR systems

The Successful Applicant
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in people management
  • HR work experience in an international company preferably within a Shared Services environment
  • Knowledge of European or Polish HR Admin/Payroll process will be an asset
  • Knowledge and expertise in the area of Process Excellence, Innovation, Transformation, Resource Management, Business Excellence, Client focus, Business Acumen, Talent Leadership, Change Management
  • Fluent English language
  • Knowledge of other European languages will be an asset
