Job Description
- Perform daily accounting activities
- Posting of bank statements
- Processing of incoming payments
- Daily general AR accounting activities related to month-end close process
- Strong cooperation with internal and external Clients
- Monitor of payments on past due invoices
- Supervise the process of cash collection
- Involvement in migration, stabilization, optimization of AR processes in the future
The Successful Applicant
- University Degree or other professional qualification(s) in a Finance or Accounting
- At least 2 years of professional experience in OTC/AR
- Experience in SSC/BPO structures or other international companies will be a plus
- Working knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel, PowerPoint)
- Very good English language command
- Knowledge of German language would be an asset
- Great communication skills, hands-on attitude
