The Junior Project Manager in Business Implementation Team will be the key element for implementation of a new client for Fund Dealing Services locations. We’re looking for proactive candidates who’ll be able to set priorities in order to reach milestones. Person on this position will also actively contribute to improve this function.
Guarantee the operational implementation of a new business (new customer / new services for existing clients), ensuring the adequate use of project management methods, including: analysing client needs, preparing a gap analysis, proposing solutions, implementing with the various stakeholders the client business in production, ensuring quality of operational set-ups and customizing operational contracts etc.
Develop a close working and structured relationships with the department’s teams to ensure operational set ups and flows are in place and correct in order to mitigate any underlying risk.
Be the unique point of contact and ensure internal coordination and ‘chasing’ of different teams in the department
Ensure the ‘client event pipeline’ is regularly updated with quality information regarding upcoming implementation projects not only in terms of monitoring and control of the project but also in terms of internal distribution and visibility of this pipeline for information and action
Ensure a structured and regular communication and monitoring of client event projects
Participate in workshops and conference calls related to the client project in order to understand the request and identify any specific client requirements
Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the on-boarding process by proposing concrete and pragmatic solutions
Participate in or initiate Post Implementation Review when deemed necessary
Min. 2 years of experience in Project Management/Financial operations/Analysis
University degree (Finance, Economics, Management);
Fluency in English
Computer literacy in MS Office (profound knowledge of Excel, Word & Power Point);
Excellent communication and organization skills
Teamwork and cooperative approach
Strong analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks or projects and balance workload effectively;
Strong drive towards achieving business goals and problem solving skills
