The Talent Acquisition function at State Street is the internal function dedicated to identifying and managing recruiting channels for new hires across the State Street organization. The TA Analyst is responsible for providing project support and managing monthly dashboard requirements to support TA deliverables.

What you will be responsible for:

As Talent Acquisition Analyst role, you are responsible for

• Oversee and create weekly and monthly brand and sourcing reporting requirements
• Maintain TA Collaborate Site and Life at SS TA content for Brand and sourcing requirements
• Work with Finance and AP on researching brand and agency related invoices and budget
• Assist in various administrative tasks to support the overall TA project roadmap
• Prepare meeting materials and updating project documentation
• Investigate data and presenting results
• Provide administration support to TA projects as required
• Hours of work:  10.00-18.00

• Strong numeracy and excel skills, with experience of manipulating large amounts of data

• Strong administration skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
