We are currently recruiting a Head of Continuous Europe whose primary responsibility will be to simplify processes within the organization, accelerate the continuous improvement culture and support digitization and automation

Job Description
- Align stakeholders including senior leaders in Europe and within the Services Center in Poland
- Drive simplification process workshops and monitor action plans
- Act as an enabler - drive change with a focus on improving user experience
- Question the status quo and the way things are done to see how improvements can be introduced
- Cooperate with CI leaders in various process areas; liaise with digital, IT, PMO teams and others
- Support regional audit, drive regional compliance action plans
- Animate the Continuous Improvement network and enhance the CI culture through trainings
- Be a strong promoter of team improvement ideas and achievements
- Lead by example to deploy a CI culture, with can do attitude, sense of ownership
The Successful Applicant
- This role requires a strong background in managing operational teams within a Shared Services / BPO organization - the Regional CI lead should him or herself be a practitioner rather than someone with experience in only a CI focused role
- A demonstrated ability to optimize and simplify processes and a drive towards continuous improvement is crucial
- Experience in a role with a lot of interaction with senior stakeholders across the region is necessary to ensure adequate stakeholder management and alignment
- Fluency in English is a must
- Educated up to university degree level
