Opis stanowiska:
- coordinate and manage the project throughout the product and sales development process,
- create sales and distribution offer,
- create a new internal interdisciplinary team consisting of specialists from various fields for product launch (marketing team, sales team, R&D specialists, dealers, etc.),
- market research for new or existing products/ideas. Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products,
- market analysis of 3d printing services and seeking new opportunities for cooperation with distributors,
- determining product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volumes and preparing forecasts,
- establishing relationships and direct cooperation with key distributors and clients in the dental and prosthetics industry,
- support the sales and customer support teams with answering their questions,
- conducting training, implementation and product presentation for potential customers,
- representing the company at trade fairs and industry events,
- partner with the General Management of the company to support all projects.
Wymagania:
- minimum of 3 years of CNC machine tools or industrial 3D printers,
- sales role in Europe with a proven demonstrable track record,
- degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or electronic engineering,
- ability to bring innovative and creative approach and opinions into business,
- utilize knowledge of data and market trends to develop strategies,
- ability to multi-task and be able to maintain a balanced sales pipeline,
- understanding of brand demands and market data,
- time management,
- analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
- ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timetables,
- not afraid to ask questions and is persistent on follow-up when answers aren’t forthcoming,
- excellent interpersonal and organizational skills,
- ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment,
- fluency in English - minimum C1,
- ability to read and understand technical documents,
- ability to evaluate ideas from various aspects (feasibility, financials, regulatory, strategy and etc.).
