Who are we looking for?
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment (in house recruitment, recruitment agency)
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and crucial challenges related to recruitment and HR area
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service and client interaction,
- Committed, solution oriented,
- Flexible and open-minded
- Fluent English is a must
What will you do?
The main purpose of this role is to own the end-to-end recruitment process, built positive relations with Hiring Managers and candidate experience.
Accountabilities:
- Conducting end-to end recruitment process for Early Career positions
- Building and maintaining long lasting relationships with Hiring Managers
- Regular and adhoc reporting of recruitment status
- Setting up priorities according to the business requirements
