For our Client, a leading global professional fuel firm, we are looking for Dutch speakers to the Customer Service department.
Responsibilities:
- be the first point of contact for customers,
- managing customers’ business needs over the phone, e-mail and fax,
- processing customers’ requests,
- receiving and responding to questions related to service and products,
- updating data in the computer systems,
- liaising between customers and supply chain departments.
Requirements:
- enthusiastic, communicative with the willingness to support customers,
- excellent knowledge of Dutch and good knowledge of English,
- not afraid of facing new challenges or opportunities,
- an enthusiastic approach to teamwork and focus on internal and external customers,
- first working experience will be a huge asset.
