Job Description
- Providing excellent customer experience by taking care of existing customers
- Communicating with customers during whole process: from order to delivery
- Operating & follow-up of back-office tasks
- Collecting and recording in a system all information related to orders
- Cooperating with other departments
- Providing ideas for process improvement
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the similar position
- Very good knowledge of English
- Fluency in one of the following languages: German, French, Spanish or Italian
- Customer-oriented, ambitious team-player
