We put a lot of care into our internship programs as they help us to identify our future hires and leaders. During the internship you will work closely with HR Technology teams, Business Owners to assist them with application release processes, conduct requirements analysis and gathering.
Key responsibilities are:
- Partnering with the HR Technology teams and Business Owners to support them with application release processes, which is about helping them during a project testing phase, gathering necessary information to ensure a smooth process;
- Participation in regular team meetings to discuss project scopes, estimated efforts, preparing projects’ statistics;
- Assisting your immediate team with managing BBH Core Programs;
- Performing mass data loads in the HR system, assisting HR teams to gain efficiency in a day-to-day work; support integrations testing, their before- and after-update comparison;
- Updating customized reports to meet your clients’ requirements, testing out correctness of reports’ output.
Key requirements:
- 3rd-, 4th- or 5th-year students of Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Economics or related fields and/or with equivalent work experience;
- Strong Excel Knowledge, ability to analyze large sets of data;
- A high degree of personal organization and a structured approach to problems;
- A high level of written and spoken English as you will be communicating with colleagues from our global offices daily;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Genuinely interested in helping others and in sharing information;
- Desire to continuous learning, acquiring new skills and professional development.
Internship duration: 4 months
