job description:
- Manage transformation processes across Business Functions (F&A: General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Controlling and Operations)
- Support optimization projects to improve efficiency, reduce costs and increase revenues in all its phases (planning, start, implementation, completion)
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the team - help to understand project scope, objectives and key results,
- Define tasks to be performed within the project, report project progress and monitors its key parameters ensuring quality and consistency
- Identify risks arising during the implementation of the project and prepare mitigation plan
- Apply techniques and standards to solve unusual issues and improve the process
- Organize project update meetings on a regular basis
- Implement tools and communication plan, maintain and update project documentation
- Design and streamline processes, use project management tools i.e. reports, graphical forms of presentation of project progress, software to present the schedule of projects
our expectations:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in the implementation of projects in the field of reorganization of financial departments as well as analysis and optimization of financial processes (preferred in Shared Service Centers or Center of Excellence and / or in projects of centralization and transformation of financial and accounting processes)
- Operational experience in shared service centers / competence centers minimum at the Senior Accountant level
- Experience in migration of financial processes (GL / AP / AR)
- Experience in process analysis and preparation of process documentation (SOP, DTP, work instruction)
- University degree in Finance and Accounting (preferable)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Visio)
- Problem-solving attitude, and very good organization and coordination skills
- Very good command of the English language
- Strong in relationship management and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate across organization and stakeholders
