Your responsibilities would include:
  • Planning and performing control monitoring activities as per ICFR instructions

  • Ensuring that controls are designed, implemented and operating in line with the relevant policies and procedures

  • Advising Process Teams in creating and implementation of action plans to remediate control deficiencies

  • Identifying opportunities for control as well as control framework improvements

  • Supporting risk identification, assessment and response. Monitoring existing and emerging risks

  • Raising fraud awareness and improving fraud prevention. Delivering fraud awareness sessions

  • Supporting Global and External Audit in planning their audit. Monitoring and driving closure of audit findings

  • Advising and training Process Teams on risk management and internal control

  • Engaging with different types and levels of stakeholders across HEINEKEN Kraków, Global Functions and OpCos


You are a good Candidate if:
  • you own University degree/Masters (e.g Economics, Fincance)

  • you are fluent in English

  • you have 4 - 10 years of work experience in an international company, preferably in audit, accounting & reporting or consultancy

  • you have strong analytical capabilities, excellent at using Excel

  • you have high concern for quality, accuracy and data

  • you have ability to prioritize assignments and remain flexible in a changing environment

  • you have ability to work independently with limited supervision

  • you own proven experience in stakeholder management

  • Nice to have: CIA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA

  • Nice to have: Six Sigma Yellow/Green/Black Belt Certification
