Right now, we are looking for a IT Consultant to join our Technology M&A Team, focused on providing transactional services dedicated to the biggest market players worldwide.

• At least a bachelor degree in information systems, computer science or related discipline
• Very good command of spoken and written English (other European languages are an advantage)
• 3 - 5 years of experience in IT-related roles (systems implementation, IT management, IT audit, IT transformation, data management, cybersecurity)
• Experience in creating high-quality documents and working closely with the client (e.g. gathering requirements, designing technical solutions, advanced reports preparation or data analysis in customer’s environment, etc.)
• Experience in any IT structured methodologies (i.e. ITIL, Prince2, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps)
• Stakeholder management talents with consultative approach and strong interpersonal skills

It would be great if you also have:

• professional certifications (e.g. one of them: CCNA, CISA, CGEIT, CISSP, CISM, ISO27001LA,..)
• familiarity of business use of technology in any field (i.e. production, manufacturing, life sciences, automotive, oil & gas, transportation, …)
• working knowledge of compliance and risk review procedures, business processes and internal controls
• familiarity with budgeting and IT financials
• and already gained experience in an international environment

• You will participate in different and fast-moving M&A projects for our clients in Poland, as well as in Central and Western Europe
• You will conduct assessments of the IT function, organization, systems and processes
• Advising on setting up relationships between IT and business functions
• Planning and supporting execution of carveouts and mergers of companies from the IT perspective
• As a Senior Consultant You will have a chance to lead small project teams
