We are looking for:

Business & Process Support | Digital&IPA (freelance)

Your future role: 

As Business Support, you will play a key role in supporting technology and consulting projects by providing comprehensive operational and administrative support, including: 

  • Providing end‑to‑end business and administrative support across multiple projects 
  • Ensuring accuracy in reporting and effective communication among all stakeholders 
  • Managing project documentation and maintaining data in internal systems 
  • Monitoring financial aspects of projects, including cost tracking and settlements 
  • Supporting project resource allocation processes and updating project statuses 
  • Supporting onboarding of new project team members, including training and guidance on internal processes 
  • Coordinating training processes and development initiatives within project teams 
  • Supporting recruitment processes and cooperation with external vendors and body‑leasing partners 
  • Acting as a point of contact for project contractors and providing ongoing administrative support 
  • Working closely with managers and project leads to ensure smooth project delivery 
  • Participating in initiatives related to people and resource management 

Apply if you have: 

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 
  • Excellent organization and work‑planning skills, with attention to detail 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships 
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team 
  • High level of diligence and accuracy in performing assigned tasks 
  • Good command of English, enabling daily communication with international project teams and participation in meetings 

Nice to have: 

  • Willingness to work flexible or non‑standard hours when required 
  • Initial experience in a similar role within an IT company, consulting firm, or financial institution 
  • Practical, hands‑on knowledge of Excel 
  • Familiarity with corporate or internal systems supporting projects, finance, or HR processes
