Join an exciting team and help drive transformation on our digital journey. As a Financial Analyst for the Finance Transformation team you will work cross functionally on a variety of short term and strategic projects. You will supply the project team and stakeholders with functional expertise and support the research, design, build, test and operate phases of the outcome.
Key responsibilities include:
- Listen to stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of their needs and priorities
- Prioritize needs coming from stakeholders
- Perform functional research and design to determine possible solutions
- Construct ad-hoc financial models and analyses to support deliverables
- Perform functional testing and user acceptance testing
- Conduct data discovery and profiling for fit and gap analysis
- Design, build and operate robust and scalable dashboards and visualizations
- Support data migrations in systems transformations
- Tenaciously solve problems and make decisions under uncertainty
- Actively contribute to team ceremonies including: sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review and retrospectives
- Demonstrate a strong ownership in understanding business needs and driving business valued outcome
- Communicate on outcomes to stakeholders to ensure understanding of progress and potential roadblocks
Required qualifications:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent
- 5 years of accounting or finance experience
- 2 years of hands on experience with SAP ECC or S/4
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong proficiency building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau
- Comfortable writing SQL queries
- Passionate about learning everyday
- Customer satisfaction & Business oriented
- Fluent in English
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with planning solutions like TM1, Anaplan, CCH Tagetik, OneStream, or Hyperion
- Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst or equivalent
- Experience with Python or other programming languages
